The Space

A lower level
that lives large.

The downstairs home of a two-unit house in Boise, Idaho's historic East End, with its own entrance, tall ceilings and an open layout.

One long, light-filled room runs from the living area, with leather seating and a Smart TV, back to the kitchen and a round dining table. The kitchen has white cabinets, plenty of counter space, stainless appliances, a large fridge, a dishwasher and the cookware and dinnerware you need. Three private bedrooms hold a king and two queen beds, and two full baths have deep tubs.

Mini splits keep each room comfortable, and solid construction helps with sound from the upper unit. Outside there is a fenced back patio with a pergola and outdoor dining set, plus free parking out front. St. Luke's is under a mile away, the State Capitol is a four-minute drive, and guests say Roosevelt Market is nearby.

"This location is amazing! It was so fun to be near downtown but in a nice, safe neighborhood. Great parking. Easy entry. Prompt communication. It was a basement, but it was so bright, open and clean. It was well insulated between the upstairs and downstairs. The beds were so comfy! It was big with a big fridge and well stocked kitchen. Lots of cozy blankets. We loved it!"

"This basement Airbnb does not feel like a basement at all. The ceilings are nice and high, and there are large egress windows throughout the house. Everything was SPOTLESS, and the bathtubs are deep, it was a perfect touch after a long day at work."

"This is the 2nd time I stayed at this rental. Best Neighborhood in Boise… Just a pleasure to be in The East End. Although this is a “ Basement dwelling” it still feels good with lots of light and high ceilings . Parking is right out front, Just a spacious place to be in. The management company has great communication. Thanks."
