A bright, single-level cottage in Bluffton, South Carolina, set on a quiet residential street about 1.3 miles from Old Town Bluffton and the May River.
Inside, 1,350 square feet of open, light-filled space under plank ceilings. The kitchen island with bar stools looks straight into the living room, where a blue sectional faces a 60-inch smart TV, and the round dining table sits by the window for long breakfasts. The kitchen is fully equipped, with large pots, a dishwasher and a drip coffee maker.
Out back, the fully fenced yard has a covered gazebo, outdoor furniture and a wood pellet grill. Add the golf cart and ride to brunch in Old Town, spend an afternoon at the community pool, or drive about 25 minutes to the beaches of Hilton Head Island. Golf Cart Add-On
Add the golf cart for $35 through the Guest Portal (drivers 21 and older). It is street legal on roads posted up to 35 mph, so Old Town shops and restaurants are an easy ride.
Dogs Welcome
One or two small or medium dogs are welcome with prior approval and a $50 pet fee. Guests regularly mention how much their dogs loved the fenced yard.
Community Pool
Guests can use the neighborhood community pool, open daily from 6:00 AM until sunset in season, a short walk or ride from the cottage. The community also has a park and ponds.

Having access to the golf cart was a fun way to explore the many shops & restaurants in the downtown area. Parking was located behind the home down a small alley, but it was clearly marked with the address and easy to find. There was even post lighting along the privacy fence and a gate that provided direct access to the backyard, which made coming and going simple. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay."

What are the check-in and checkout times?
Check-in starts at 3:00 PM with self check-in through a smart lock, and your unique door code is sent before arrival. Checkout is by 10:00 AM. A late checkout up to noon can be requested and depends on the cleaning schedule.
Are dogs allowed at the cottage?
Yes. One or two small or medium dogs are welcome with prior approval from our team. Share your dogs' details and approximate size in advance, and a $50 pet fee applies. Dogs should be crated if left alone. Smoking is not allowed and parties are not permitted.
How does the golf cart work?
The golf cart is an optional $35 add-on you purchase through the Guest Portal, and the driver must be at least 21. It tops out at 25 mph and is street legal on roads posted up to 35 mph, but not on highways or bridges. Access details arrive automatically after purchase.
Where do we park, and how far is the beach?
Two cars fit in the driveway behind the house, with free street parking nearby; please do not park on the grass. Old Town Bluffton is about 1.3 miles away, and Coligny Beach on Hilton Head Island is about 16 miles, roughly a 25 to 30 minute drive.
