The Space

Old East End charm.
Brand-new inside.

A newly remodeled historic home in Boise, Idaho, with about 1,800 square feet of open, light-filled space.

Exposed wood beams cross vaulted ceilings above one big room: a living area with leather seating and a Smart TV, a dining table for eight and an island kitchen with stainless appliances, a walk-in pantry and everything you need to cook. Three bedrooms sit off the hallway, led by a king primary suite with a walk-in closet and its own double-vanity bath.

Outside, a private back patio holds an outdoor dining table, and there is free parking behind the house off the alley. The State Capitol is a four-minute drive, Boise State and the blue turf about five, and guests say Roosevelt Market is a short walk through a quiet, walkable East End neighborhood.

Questions guests ask before booking

What are the check-in and checkout times?

Check-in is at 3:00 PM with a keypad door code unique to your stay, and check-in instructions arrive three days before you do. Checkout is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in is sometimes possible; message us that morning and we will confirm once cleaning is done.

Are pets, smoking or parties allowed?

No. Pets are not allowed and a $250 fee applies to any pet on the property. It is a non-smoking home with a $475 smoke and odor fee. Events and parties are not permitted, and quiet hours start at 10:00 PM out of respect for the neighbors.

How many beds are there for eight guests?

There are three beds: a king in the primary suite and a queen in each of the other two bedrooms, which sleeps six comfortably. The sofa can serve as extra sleeping space and an air mattress is available on request, for a maximum of eight overnight guests. A pack 'n play is provided.

Where do guests park?

Parking is free. There is no garage, but there is a parking area behind the house off the alley, reached through the backyard gate, plus street parking in front of the home. Guests often find the back lot the easiest place to park.

Is the home shared with anyone else?

You have the entire home to yourselves. The house does have a separate apartment underneath it with its own entrance, and solid construction between the two units helps limit sound transfer so your stay stays comfortable and peaceful.
