Good to Know

Questions guests ask before booking

What are the check-in and checkout times?

Check-in starts at 3:00 PM with self check-in through a smart lock, and each reservation gets its own door code, active until 10:00 AM on departure day. Checkout is by 10:00 AM, when the cleaning crew arrives, so late checkout is not usually possible.

Do we need four-wheel drive to reach the suite?

Four-wheel drive is recommended at all times and needed in wet or snowy weather. The road climbs into the hills and cell service can drop on the way, so screenshot your map before you leave. In winter a plow clears the driveway, though timing varies.

Is the suite private?

You have the whole lower level, with both bedrooms, both full bathrooms, the kitchen, the yoga studio and the workout room. A separate upper home may host other guests, who have their own entrance. The entry foyer and its half bath, the backyard and patio, and the washer and dryer are shared.

Are pets or smoking allowed?

No. Pets are not allowed because the owner has allergies, and a $250 fee applies if a pet is brought. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property, with a $475 odor removal fee. Parties and events are not permitted, and quiet hours start at 10:00 PM.

Why book direct instead of on Airbnb?

When you book here, you book directly with Freedom Property Management, our local team, with no Airbnb guest service fee. It is the same suite, the same self check-in and the same team that answers your messages during your stay.
