The main floor is one open space. A leather sofa and armchairs gather around the gas fireplace, the round dining table sits by the window, and the kitchen island with bar stools faces it all. The kitchen has gray shaker cabinets, a gas range, a dishwasher and a stainless refrigerator, with the cookware, dinnerware and small appliances you need to cook real meals. A powder room by the front door saves trips upstairs.
The primary suite is on the main level, with a high-end king bed, large closets and its own bathroom.
