- Sign your lease and move in. We handle the lease paperwork and move-in documentation.

How do I see which homes are available?
Our live rental listings show every home we have available right now, with photos, rent and move-in date. You can filter by bedrooms, bathrooms, rent and home type.
How do I apply for a rental?
Apply online through our rental application. Pick the home you want, or choose a property later if you are still deciding. Questions before you apply? Call 208-565-7367.
How do I pay rent?
Sign in to the resident portal to pay rent online and see your balance and payment history.
How do I request a repair?
Submit maintenance requests through the resident portal so the request is logged and tracked. For anything urgent, call 208-565-7367.
